| 1. | We have updated form HUD-9886, Authorization for the Release of Information/Privacy Act Notice, to its current version from HUD. This form is available from various WinTen2 programs. (Case: PD-1440) |
| 1. | We have fixed an issue caused by a recent Microsoft Windows update that prevented various forms from printing in Applicant List, ORC, Payroll, and Section 8 T&L. (Cases: PD-1660, PD-1661, PD-1662, and PD-1666) |

(Case: PD-1723 ) |
| 1. | We have corrected an issue on form HUD-52665 where line 9, date by which initial billing must be received, calculated as 60 days following the expiration date of the initial PHA Voucher. We have corrected this to 90 days following the expiration of the voucher. (Case: PD-1238) |
